Grade Level: L5Location: Islamabad/KarachiLast date to apply: 1st August 2022What is Chief Product Officer - JazzCash?Chief Product Officer ?will be responsible to lead the product team to design and commercialize the entire product portfolio of JazzCash. This role oversees the overall innovation agenda of these products and to ensure sustainable growth and scaleAs part of the leadership council, the role is responsible for helping achieve the firm?s overall mission and objectives through innovation, problem solving and harnessing talent. The role reports directly to the CEO JazzCash and has 04 people reporting directly.What does Chief Product Officer ? JazzCash do?

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy of the product portfolio.
  • Design and build financial services for JazzCash users that are relevant, contextual and embedded in people?s lives.
  • Create, develop and manage product roadmap in line with JazzCash?s vision and strategy.
  • Hire, lead and mentor smart, energetic and committed team members
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products
  • Work closely with technology to drive development of products.
  • Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis.
