About this opportunity We are now looking for Charging System Expert that will be responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and execution of Business configurations on Ericsson Charging System for various operators in the region.What you will do

  • Business Configuration for Voice, SMS, DATA services as per Business requirements.
  • Tariff changes at SDP/AIR include configuration changes of Service Class Data, Announcement Class data, Usage Accumulators data, Tariff and Charging Analysis logics, Subscriber Life- Cycle handling, Main & Dedicated Accounts data, Family and Friends data, EoCN and SMS Notification, Bonus data, HLR blocking data, Community data, the definition of VAS short-codes etc
  • Hands-on experience in configuration of Catalog Item, Bundle, Offer, price component, Rate Tables, Decision Table, filter, meters, and Normalizers for Charging System.
  • Coordination with different stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Making new Business Plans /making changes in the existing Business Plans upon to the client?s requirements
  • Responsible for subscriber migrations where needed for load management
  • Responsible for doing testing of the Configuration changes made according to the Requirement and rectification of the issues
  • EDR analysis and handling of customer complaints to resolve pricing-related issues.
You will bring
  • Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electrical) or
  • Up to 8 years? experience in Ericsson charging system or any Intelligent Network Platform.
  • Charging and Billing, BSS domain expertise!
  • Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
  • Experience sharing and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Excellent problem analysis and solving skills,
  • Crafting & innovating
  • Applying expertise & technology
