Job Description

Join our team in Islamabad as a Strategy Intern where you will play a crucial role in shaping our long-term strategic direction. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, tightening up target customer segments and performing gap analyses to identify expansion opportunities. Your insights will support medium to long-term decision-making, helping to refine our business models and growth strategies.What Youll Be Up To

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends
  • Evaluate competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities and threats
  • Perform gap analysis to uncover new areas for product innovation and expansion
  • Identify and map out the critical customer pain points and enrich ideal target customer and market segment definitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Present recommendations to senior management to influence decision-making
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends
Who Were Looking For
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Experience working with different quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools to deliver customer and market research and insights quickly and effectively
  • Functional understanding of business models and business strategic planning
  • Great written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to present complex business ideas through convincing and impactful power point presentations
  • Ability to distill complex research concepts/techniques into simple, relevant meaning for internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, data savvy, and organized with a meticulous attention to detail to produce quality deliverables
  • Can work independently and be a self-starter, ambitious, and scrappy; comfortable working ?in the grey?
  • A functional understanding of or background in logistics and supply chain industry is preferred
  • Individuals with equity research and business consulting understanding or background will be preferred
  • Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics will be preferred
