As a leading cloud communication platform in the Middle East and Africa, we provide omni-channel communication API?s to enable enterprises worldwide to communicate with their customer base through SMS, voice, push notifications, email, and chat apps, making their lives simpler.As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the analytical and operational activities of the business. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, increase efficiency, and optimize processes across the company. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on challenging projects that have a large impact on the companys strategic and operational success.Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies that help the company meet its targets and objectives.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend actions to improve business performance.
  • Execute and coordinate operational and analytical projects across the company to increase efficiency and optimize operations.
  • Conduct research to gather data and insights to help inform business decisions and help drive innovative solutions.
  • Support the creation and implementation of new policies, procedures, and workflows that enhance the companys performance.
  • Produce regular reports and presentations to highlight key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
