  • Assist smooth running IT operations of the assigned region, including office network, internet devices, and computer systems.
  • Assist in design, development, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure to proactively plan for future organizational growth
  • Keep record of inventory
  • Plan procurement of IT equipment and liaise with local peripheral vendors/ISP?s as and when required for IT infrastructure management
  • Working with the team hands-on, when required, to ensure continuous operations at all times.
  • Help oversee timely resolution of IT support tickets raised by company employees
  • Keep close eye on information security in the organization and implement information security policies
  • Have a professional and empathetic relationships with all other organizational teams and act in alignment with organizational needs
