The professional holding the position will ensure the execution of CVM campaigns and Deliver the Target KPIs assigned to them in accordance with the company?s must-win battles. He/she will play a primary role in GSM base management, devising and implementing strategies for churn reduction, subscriber engagement, revenue, and life cycle enhancement activate.The role reports directly to the Head of CVM and has 18 people reporting directly into it.What does Associate - CVM & Contextual Marketing do?

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop an understanding of the existing CVM framework
    • Develop an understanding of CMS, BI Tools, and data science capabilities
    • Take charge of the assigned portfolio and be responsible for the targets
    • Ensure all governance-related attribute is implemented
    • Build rapport with stakeholders such as Segments & Pricing and work alongside them to achieve company goals
    • Contribute to the development and use of data science models for campaigns
  • Key Deliverables
    • Design and development of contextual marketing use cases
    • Campaign improvement and OMNI Channel use cases
    • Manage conventional CVM activities of the assigned portfolio
    • Work on personalized Product Portfolio for CVM Team
    • Ensure CVM Targets are being met for ( Revenue, Churn, 4G, and any other )
