ACF is looking for its program in Jordan forHygiene PromoterWork place:Jordan - IrbidPosition Overview:Implement the community engagement process, and the hygiene promotion and water Conservation activities for target populationsResponsibilities:1) Support developing and identifying hygiene promotion tools, materials and planning-Organize the weekly planning for all the related hygiene promotion activities.-Organize home visits and visits to the community (schools, health centres, etc. ) to identify shortcomings in terms of hygiene and use of water;-Participate in the preparation of training modules for the promotion of hygiene and water conservation with the base manager, hygiene promotion team leader;-Participate in developing teaching tools adapted to different audiences.-Estimating the materials needed for all the hygiene promotion activities.-Ensure the proper use of all the MEAL materials for the HP activities.-Reporting the daily feedback to the line manager, and add inputs for the monthly reporting.2) Train and mobilize members of the beneficiary communities.-Identify targeted partners within the communities: schools, Health centres, etc.-Identify the targeted community members through Community based organizations-Apply the defined methodologies in the hygiene promotion and water conservation awareness raising sessions ;-Monitoring the awareness raising activities through community based organizations;-Conduct training sessions for the community workers.-Conduct in person awareness sessions for the targeted population.-Facilitate any related awareness raising events.3) Ensure adherence to Action against Hunger gender requirements-Commit and comply with the organization gender, age and diversity principles & policies (working with people, communication)-Support on the implementation and the promotion of gender, age and diversity principles through daily activities and or through the management of their teams (Managing performance & development)
