These attitudes and believes shall guide our actions and relationships.Role and responsibilities:Specific responsibilities- Plan, develop and follow up on the data process and tools in cooperation with the -Monitoring and Development (M&E) department, Education Specialist team and Project Manager (PM) - Ensure that the data collected by education staff is accurate, clean and complete before filing it on one-drive - Keep the one-drive folder well organized and up to date - Build the needed data collection tools to properly reflect the activities implemented against the project indicators as stated in the Indicators Tracking Table (ITT ) and project plans in coordination between M&E team and PM. - Attend and support data validation meetings - Organize the data flow within the Education Team - Build the capacity of volunteers in data collection to ensure accurate data is being collectedGeneric responsibilities :- Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines - Implement delegated Host Education Project portfolio according to plan of action - Prepare and develop status reports as required by management - Ensure proper filing of documents - Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist - Promote and share ideas for technical improvement - Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.Critical interfacesBy interfaces, NRC means processes and projects that are interlinked with other departments/units or persons. A minimum of 2 years experience in Information Management or a relevant roleRelevant educational background or experience in the humanitarian sector ? Strong skills working in Excel ?
