Job Description

Objectives:A Quality Control Inspector evaluates materials and products to determine if there are any deviations or defects incoming materials, finished product maintain the hygiene condition. Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.Job Duties:

  • Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  • Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
  • Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
  • Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions.
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Follow up the proper housekeeping.
  • Follow up the quality product hourly basis and keep record.
·       Analysis of acetaldehyde.·       Make a certificate for products that include product specifications.·       Responsible for the separation store.·       Loading list: give lot number for products to be loaded daily.·       Give approvals to the shipping department to loading the goods.·       Follow-up after-sales products in case the customer finds problems with the goods (customer complaint).·       Label and packaging control at stage of shipment.·       Analysis certificate (COA).·       Creation of product analysis Certificate.·       Sending the post installation analysis certificate to the relevant customer.·       Block unsuitable product and deciding about the product.·       Listing and publishing of block and decided product.·       Come back product classification: the evaluation of the products returned according to the result of the inspection.·       Prepare samples for new customers to test.·       Follow up pest control, record and save reports.·       Follow up raw materials with suppliers, checking their certification and share non-conforming materials with them.·       Follow-up the selection process of Block product.
