Job Description

Sales Manager required for Plastic Factory for the production of preforms and closures in Iraq.?The candidate must be a Lebanese national and has experience in a plastic factory environment and with around 10 years, with wide knowledge on blowing machines.Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for?meeting the sales targets?& goals through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Sets the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives, & ensure that the targets are realistic and achievable.
  • Ensure that the sales?team is delivering desired results & track their performances.?
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that the products available to the end users at the right time and at the right place.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
