Job Description

Role Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing analytical and reporting projects to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business, designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
  • Analyzing marketing & sales data and creating reports, ad hoc requests, presentations, analyses, dashboards, etc. in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. This role requires a thorough understanding of data analysis tools and techniques
Whats on your plate
  • Design, development, and maintain of ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions
  • Perform deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership
  • Identify, develop & optimize growth channels to drive revenues growth
  • Analyze marketing/ Sales data and users feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decision making future marketing strategies
  • Experiment new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channels
  • Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activities
  • Work closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present result
  • Leverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity
  • Establish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible (this is based on resources and MIS we have)
  • Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders
