1. Quality Control in shifts as per given targets.2. Co-ordination with CCR operators for getting internal targeted parameters3. Supervision of in process samples collection, sample & pellets preparations for X-Ray analysis etc4. Testing of Raw meal, Cyclone samples, Clinker & Cement, for analysis by XRF/Total carbonate, pet cokeAsh, moisture & LOI of raw materials & in process materials5. Sieve analysis, Residue, Blaine, Whiteness of cement and recording all the data in log sheet.6. Calibration of measurement and monitoring device like Blaine Apparatus, Colormeter for Whiteness etc.7. Analysis of cement & incoming raw materials when as required.8. Any other Duties that may be assigned from time to time by the manager QC/Chemist.
