1) Min 5-7 year experience in Maintenance services for construction equipment. (Such as Welding machine, welding transformer, Air compressor, DG, plate roller, Pipe bending machine, compactor, Air-con, bus and min van. Etc..)2) Understand on all equipment maintenance schedule, plan for inspection and regular services, knowledge on trouble shooting / problem solving.3) Aware on spare parts requirement of each equipment and purchase , work together with AFJ procurement dept.4) Understand, Control & monitor on EQIS system and update accordingly.5) Lead the existing team, guide, train and if require plan for course related to equipment maintenance.6) Closely work with PEC mechanic team, follow in-house rules and procedure , apply in AFJ.7) Min age 30-35 year, Mechanical certificate (or) e8) Aware on existing equipment condition, understand on balance equipment life span with depreciation cost, propose future action.9) Propose new technology, innovative, new equipment suit for our fabrication and construction.
