About the job Production ManagerJob briefRenacon Pharmaceutical Limited is looking for a Production Manager who could manage the production process according to the demand of sales and maintain the production areas according to GMP/DRAP requirements.Responsibilities

    • Manage & control production staff and maintain production record as per DRAP requirements
    • Produce quality stocks according to the demand of sales.
    • Inform management about any breakdown or fault in machinery immediately
    • Oversee the work of production supervisor and all the workers of the department to ensure their effectiveness.
    • Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained including all related documents
    • Brief the top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
    • To maintain production area permanently according to cGMP/ ISO/CE standards & inform the management about any shortfall.
    • To coordinate with sales coordinator to produce the stock as per demand and maintain the production planning in ERP.
    • Pre and post analysis of production data in ERP.
    • Maintain record as per requirements of relevant ISO/CE standards/display activities are properly carried out by the production team.
    • Coordinate with QC department that the final products to be dispatched are as per required quality standards.
    • Ensure that the products are properly cleared by the QC/QA managers before filling/packing.
    • Ensure proper hygiene, clothing, etc. of the workers involved in production as per GMP/ISO requirements.
    • Ensure entry/exit of all staff/workers in the factory and clean area according to GMP.
    • Ensure that no compliance issue as regards GMP/ISO/CE standards may be found during inspection.
