Expert Supplier Payments will be responsible for onboarding distributors and companies for digital collection from the retailers. This role involves comprehensive account management, driving substantial throughput and volumes through strategic partnerships, effective stakeholder management, and overseeing merchant acquisition through the sales team. This position reports to the Head of Business Development What does Expert Supplier Payments JazzCash do? Key Responsibilities:Onboarding Distributors and Companies:Identify potential distributors and companies for onboarding onto our digital collection platform.Facilitate the smooth integration of these entities into our system, ensuring a seamless transition to digital collections.Provide training and support to distributors and companies on the use of our digital collection tools.Account Management:Manage relationships with distributors and companies to ensure their satisfaction and retention.Regularly review and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Address and resolve any issues or concern promptly and effectively.Generating Throughput and Volumes:Develop and implement strategies to increase transaction volumes and throughput via partnerships.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of these strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, companies, and internal teams.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the company to facilitate smooth operations and mutual understanding.Merchant Acquisition:Lead the sales team in acquiring new merchants to expand the companys digital collection network.Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and onboard new merchants.Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve acquisition targets.Jazz is an equal opportunity employer.
