Italian Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking an Italian Trainer for the launch of a new account!Responsibilities:

• Develops Training Programs: Design and create custom training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
• Delivers Training Sessions: Offers face-to-face and online training courses that are adapted to organizational needs or certain sections.
• Monitors and Evaluates Training Sessions: Identify any deficiencies or corrections that must be made to get them to the level or quality needed for all targets or standards.
• Updates Curriculum: Continue to update course content and teaching methodology to cover alterations and trends within the field.
• Provides Support and Mentorship: Offers on-the-job coaching and guidance to trainees/trainees.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with management and other departments to determine training needs and plan appropriate training sessions.
• Report: Produce comprehensive reports on training session outcomes and impact.

• Fluent Italian speaker & good command of English language
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Education or equivalent. Further certifications in training are advantageous
• Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience in a training role, with a successful training program development and implementation.
• Communication skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Capable of articulating training concepts simply and engaging with a wide range of people.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good facilitation skills, presentation skills including the ability to create a conducive student-centered environment are prerequisites. The applicant has to be welcoming, transparent, cooperative, prompt, supportive and interested.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to critically analyze and evaluate confrontational needs and trainees satisfaction is essential for gathering and utilizing information to meet the students requisites.
• Technical Proficiency: one should be well versed in contemporary training processes, online training, e-learning technologies, and conventional communication software such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom
• Organizational Skill: the more employees are in class, the more coordination is demanded, therefore organizational and time-management skills are essential.
