ResponsibilitiesFollow and implement the companys data security rules to protect sensitive information.Track assets, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure proper inventory management.Manage and troubleshoot end-user equipment, such as computer printers and scanners. Solve hardware and software faults on end-user devices.Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.Collect and pass on user feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team for continuous improvement.Follow up with end users to ensure their issues are resolved and update their status and information.Provide accurate information on IT products or services and assist with product recommendations.Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate level of support personnel.Walk the users through the problem-solving process, ensuring clear and concise communication.Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users.Provide remote troubleshooting and support through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.EducationBachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent years of hands-on experience.ExperienceFrom 1 to 3 year of experience in a help desk specialist or user support role.
