JOB DESCRIPTIONDuties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:?Ensure Weatherford's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility.?Complete training required and abide to all QHSE policies, regulations and best practices.?Report any unsafe practices, stop work that is not being carried out in a safe manner and report any non-conformances identified.?Visually inspect tools after field service and follow up to complete the repair & maintenance tasks requested via a JDE Workorder for inspection, redress, testing, etc until tools are readily available to dispatch.?Classify tools correctly and identify with OEPS color cards as per their current status Non-Conformance, In Progress, Available.?Utilize approved Work Instructions, Assembly/Disassembly Manuals, Testing Procedures etc. for all the R&M Operations performed.?Document and file all the R&M operations performed in a tool, like Inspection Reports, Testing Reports, Checklists, etc, for proper R&M Traceability.?Ensure all assets and inventory are stored in a proper and safe manner as per the equipment and material requirements.?Perform Tools and Materials backloads, outloads carrying out the loading and off loading operations in a safe manner.?Make sure Facility Safety and Good Housekeeping is followed up permanently in the workshop and yard areas.Required Skills:?Team Work oriented.?Pro active attitude.?Communication Skills.?Hability to Work as per an organized / scheduled plan.Required Education :?Intermediate education degree (high school or technician certificate)?Basic English language understanding (oral and written)Required Experience :?Previous tools & equipment workshop operation experience preferred.
