Type of Assignment : Contract Project Location: Eastern Province, KSA Duration: 15-18 MonthsWork Schedule : 6 days a week / 48 hours a week ? The role of a trainer is to develop a competency and skill sets in an individual to perform his/her effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the trainees about what is expected out of training in a simple and professional way.? Develop refinery unit operating procedures, operating manuals, training manuals, qualifications assessments and other training materials.? Conduct data gathering review meetings Create and deliver process technical instruction to client personnel? Provide end user refinery unit specific coaching and problem solvingThe trainer plays a pivotal role from start to end of the training that includes the following:- Training plan- Timing of different training sessions- Choosing the relevant training methods- Preparing the training materials and aids- Conducting training sessions and- Evaluating the post training session? He will use various training methods to provide a proper training to these process operators? Candidates with OTS (Operator Training Simulator) training skills on Process units are highly preferred? Mainly this role consists of On the Job training (OJT) on Refinery process Units? Develop refinery unit operating procedures, operating manuals, training manuals, qualifications assessments and other training materials.? Conduct data gathering review meetings. Create and deliver process technical instruction to client personnel? Perform internal technical reviews of training documentation? Instruct training classes and field training for operator qualifications Implement training plans? Provide end user refinery unit specific coaching and problem solving? Experience in refinery operations is essential, up to and including Console Operator? Experience in positions of increasing responsibilities such as Field Operator, Console Control, Control Room Operator, Supervisor, including exposure to multiple refinery units.? Strong verbal and written English communication skills? Ability to read piping and instrumentation diagrams and engineering drawings
