Read, understand and implement all applicable company/project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the rigging/erection work scope is completed, in compliance with HSE regulations and to a high standard of safety.Directs, control and coordinates the work activities of Senior Rigger in execution of rigging and lifting activities within the scope of work.Liaise with company HSE support department for the coordination and approval of heavy lifts undertaken in the plant facilities.Perform Tasks risk Assessment of all critical rigging and lifting jobs on plant site.Perform rigging calculations and ensure that all lifts carried out in the plant facilities are handled effectively and safely.Responsible for the replacement/up-gradation of lifting equipment and machinery to improve work methods.Responsible for devising all lifting plans within the scope of work operations.Ensure that all documentation is completed in support of operation and that support documentation for routine preventative maintenance/certification programs regarding the systems and support equipment is in place.
