Job Description

Tasks:

  • Create new job descriptions, and update existing ones
  • Attract highly qualified candidates using different platforms
  • Establish a relationship with Universities to get graduates resumes for entry level positions
  • Communicate with different departments within the company to discuss and fill hiring needs
  • Create and implement different programs to support the recruitment functions (exp. manpower plan)
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Regester in Career Fairs
  • Keep track of hiring requests statutes, and applicant information
