Operate and monitor the Winder Machine to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production according to production requirements and machine stability conditionsKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up the Winder Machine based on production orders.Set knives and slitters according to required roll sizes and quality standards.Monitor paper quality and reject defective paper.Maintain required roll diameter and mark joints when necessary.Support machine performance and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance support when required.Complete production reports, logbooks, and checklists.Maintain housekeeping standards and participate in Lean Manufacturing & 5S activities.Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times.Support and guide junior operators when needed.QualificationsDiploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.3?5 years of experience in Winder/Rewinder operations or similar manufacturing environment.
