Ensures the smooth facilitation and processing of customer s shipments within required Standard Operating Procedures and time frames.Develop overall local operational strategy and direction for the shipment teams.Receiving bookings from Customers to arrange shipments from point of origin to the final delivery point.To communicate and update customers on a regular basis on the status of their shipments.Ensure that financial management (billing and invoicing) and reporting for shipment is carried out in accordance with company requirements.To request information from customers for the preparation & submission to the Customs system and for delivery to the customer avoiding unnecessary delays.Responsible for administrative activities, development/monitoring of KPI and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.To resolve service failures, delays or problems with partners, Shipping lines and service providers to the satisfaction of the customer and the companyTo work effectively with other team members to ensure good operating procedures and practice.Requirements :Proven experience as an operations supervisor or relevant role in the shipment service business.Have experience and understanding of issues and working practices in the Middle East Logistics market.Valid Transferable IqamaValid Saudi Driving LicenseAt least 2 years of sales experience in the same field.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills.Strong organizational skillsA Bachelors or Master s degree in the related field.Interested candidate can apply with your updated resume.
