Roles and Responsibilities:? Minimum of seven 11years' experience in hydrographic surveying proficiency in all aspect of offshore surveying work activities including evaluation and date processing of field data and 4 years' experience in hydrographic surveying construction project.? Strong academic background and solid understanding of specialized offshore survey activities of Bathymetry survey of seabed topography, tidal gauge(s) of waterwaives level and referenced to the Lowest Astronomical Tide {LAT) observation and offshore Vertical Datum.? Ensure the data gathering meet the standards {SHASHO)? Knowledge in standard methods of measurements.? Candidate to be experience and demonstrate proficient ability in the following:? GPS & DGPS positioning systems.? Side scan sonar equipment and the interpretation of records? Experience with Single & multi-beam echo sounders.? Familiar with hydrographic data processing, Methodologies, Hydrographic Charts drawings, Tidal station & related software.? General offshore & onshore survey, specifications, horizontal and vertical datum & coordinate system.? Experience in dredging survey and offshore marine construction projects.? Candidate shall be able to understand the datum relationship between onshore & offshore projects.? Ana lyses, process and performs QA/QC and able to analyses sea floor investigation, water depth, seafloor and sub- seafloor conditions from drawings data or hydrographic survey tools and equipment.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:Qualification, Technical Skills and Competencies Required to Execute this Role.Qualifications: BS in GeomaticsHydrographic EngineeringChartered or Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred.Skills: In depth knowledge in the supervision consultants, ensuring that quality control procedures.Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.Experience Required to Execute this Role:Overall Experience: Expats minimum experience required 15 years, Saudi nationals 10+ years of industry experience in the monitor site performance of the contractor and supervision consultants.Specific Experience: 5+ years of experience in the engineering in a top tier regional / multinational engineering consultancy firm.Experience in the Middle East projects will be an added advantage.Desirable: Marine background.
