Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HSE Officer Safety Officer to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in occupational health and safety. As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety procedures, and providing training and guidance to employees.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  2. Conduct risk assessments and develop procedures to mitigate potential hazards
  3. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures
  4. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
  5. Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to incidents, inspections, and training
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
  8. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
  9. Stay current with industry trends and developments in health, safety, and environmental regulations
  10. Participate in safety committee meetings and provide recommendations for improving safety performance
