Responsible of the production quantity & the optimum quality as per the production plan.
Smooth & clear communicating with the shift supervisor in jobs follow up.
Authorize to stop the section during uncontrolled abnormality in consent with shift supervisor.
Authorize to optimize the product quantity.
Responsible for corrective measure & control of pollution control equipment.
Maintain quality parameters as set by department time to time.
Monitor kiln shell temperature to avoid any untoward incident.
Ensure Power consumption as per set benchmark by company.
Supervise quality work of refractory during shutdown & maintenance.
To generate work order in CCR for any equipment abnormal deviation.
Monitoring equipment to ensure that the kiln is running properly and safely
Kiln Operator Job Requirements:?The following are some of the requirements to become a kiln operator:Education:˙A high school diploma or GED certificate is usually required to become a kiln operator. Some employers may prefer an associate?s or bachelor?s degree in a related field. A degree in industrial technology or engineering can provide the technical knowledge needed to become a kiln operator.Training & Experience:˙Most kiln operators receive on-the-job training, which may last for a few weeks to a month. During this training period, a new employee will learn the safety and operational procedures for the facility. They will also learn how to operate the kiln and the computer systems.
