Job Description

We are looking for Native˙Turkish˙Project Managers to join our˙remote˙team.˙Who are we?˙Although we began our journey as a digital agency, we evolved within years to become an international company with offices in 3 different countries with operations in Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Software industries with 100+ employees. We are constantly looking for high-performing individuals to join our team.˙What will be my responsibilities?˙

  • Translating documents from English to Turkish
  • Cooperating with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and Financial Institutions in Turkey
  • Working together with the Project Management team to manage 3rd party integrations
  • Cooperating with Advertising Agencies in Turkey˙
  • Writing SEO-friendly articles and managing Social Media accounts in Turkey
  • Helping Turkish-speaking customers via chat and e-mail
  • Assisting customers with account management, billing issues, content, basic website, and application navigation
  • Providing account and application support to customers, specifically about website functionality and troubleshooting
