Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE and possess a valid UAE driving license.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
  • Support the operations manager with planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and reports related to operations.
  • Assist with procurement and logistics support as needed.
  • Travel to different sites/locations when required.
