Position OverviewWe are seeking a polished, client-focused Sales Representative to join our boutique team in Dubai. As the face of Armarium, you will provide a personalized and memorable experience for every client, guiding them through our collections and helping them find the perfect piece for every occasion. This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fine jewellery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and knowledgeable approach
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our collections and communicate the value and story behind each piece
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and returning clients
  • Drive sales by identifying client needs and offering tailored recommendations
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
