  • Interact with customers over the phone by taking outbound calls and or answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services.
  • Call outbound to introduce the company promotions, follow up with potential sales leads to enroll
  • Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
  • Attain sales for the branch by keeping the customers informed of current programs and trainers availability
