Job Description

Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to sales team and clients in the shipping NVOCC industry. You will handle inquiries, provide support to sales team, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations for the customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery status, and other related matters.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  3. Coordinate with internal Sales teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
  4. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  5. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
  6. Provide proactive updates to customers on any delays or changes in delivery schedules.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
