Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Order taking and coordinating the supply of Service Parts to distributors.
  • Providing order status updates to distributors on regular basis.
  • Placing Service Parts orders to factory and coordinating the Service Parts imports/Exports.
  • Preparing the forecast of Service Parts orders.
  • Meeting the Service Part supply speed targets and other KPI?s.
  • Preparing monthly reports etc.ÿ
