Luxury Goods ResellerLocation: Sunset Mall JumeirahCompany Overview:We are a fast-growing, high-end luxury goods reseller specializing in rare and sought-after pieces from world-renowned brands mainly Hermes. We pride ourselves on delivering a curated, service to a discerning international clientele.Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with strong experience in the luxury fashion and resale industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury retail space, exceptional clienteling skills, and a genuine passion for luxury brands?especially Herm?s, including knowledge of key product categories such as Birkin and Kelly bags, exotic leathers, and limited-edition pieces.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a premium client experience from initial inquiry to final sale
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Advise clients on product selection with an expert understanding of luxury items
  • Manage inventory with care and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with the sourcing and authentication teams
  • Hit and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in luxury fashion, ideally in resale or consignment
  • Expertise in top-tier luxury brands, with a strong knowledge of Herm?s products
  • Polished, confident, and sophisticated presence
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • A natural flair for styling, presentation, and customer experience
