Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sample distributions, assisting with order fulfillment, coordinating with delivery teams, and following up with clients to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track sample distribution to potential clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse to fulfill customer orders
  • Follow up with delivery team and clients for timely dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain records and assist with basic administrative and inventory tasks
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and customers
Requirements:
  • Based in Dubai
  • Prior experience in a similar sales/operations support role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Driving license is a plus
