Job Description

For a high-end confectionary store in Dubai Mall, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with high-end clientele, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for luxury products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for fashion and trends.Responsibilities:

  1. Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for customers
  2. Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele
  3. Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice to customers
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  5. Stay up-to-date with luxury fashion trends and product knowledge
  6. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
  10. Participate in sales training programs and initiatives
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience in luxury retail or sales
  2. Passion for luxury fashion and products
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  6. Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and designers
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
