Roles & Responsibilities:? Ensure all customers are properly greeted and attended to in a professional manner to maximize shop sales and customer service.? Ensure that the outlet and all merchandise are always clean to maintain a good image of the shop.? Ensure that the shelves are correctly merchandised at all times and product prices are permanently displayed to achieve a high level of service standards.? Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times to customers from the moment of entry till the time the purchases are loaded.? Be a key member of the team in ensuring that the promotions and special offers are communicated to customers so to keep them informed at all times.? Using the till machine, make sure that the products billing is done properly and correctly etc.
