Job Description

UCRYO Wellness is looking for a motivated and experienced Reception Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Reception Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer appointments, assisting with bookings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. You will play a key role in sales by promoting UCRYO?s services and packages to potential clients, helping drive business growth.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing appointment bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and optimal use of resources.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and explaining the various wellness treatments and packages.
  • Promoting UCRYO?s services and packages, and effectively closing sales to meet targets.
  • Handling customer payments and processing sales transactions.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.
  • Providing information about UCRYOs offerings and special promotions.
  • Maintaining customer records and managing client data with confidentiality.
