We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operation Manager to join our team in the Readymix Concrete industry in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete products. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and strategic planning skills to drive operational excellence and contribute to the companys success.Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate the overall operations of the Readymix Concrete plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.- Lead and manage a team of production staff, drivers, and maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to achieve operational goals.- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any operational hazards or issues.- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements, forecast demand, and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet production targets.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous operational enhancements.- Manage operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness and maximize operational efficiency.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to support operational activities and compliance with industry standards.
