Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand needs and requirements for demand planning
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand
  • Create and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
  • Work closely with inventory control teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory
  • Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, such as supply shortage, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors
  • Prepare and maintain stock reports
  • General administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
