  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including joint venture agreements, supplier contracts, leasing agreements and employment contracts - ensure that contractual arrangements protect the companys interests.
  • Ensure the fast-food chains operations in the UAE comply with all local, federal, and international laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee any legal disputes and conflicts, including employment-related issues, regulatory matters, or contractual disputes.
  • Identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them - offer legal guidance on business strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
