The Off Plan Specialist will be responsible for providing consultation services to clients, understanding the developments around the city, handling client communications, providing exceptional customer service, making sales, and conducting real estate activities.Qualifications

  • Consulting, Sales, and 3 years Real Estate experience
  • Minimum experience as Offplan agent to be 3 years.
  • Consultant will be provided with atleast 10 verified leads per day.
  • Ample amount of listings on property finder and bayut
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional knowledge of Arabic or other languages considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
  • Valid UAE drivers license and own transportation
