Job Description

  1. Developing and Implementing Corporate Strategies:

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure the organization complies with ISO standards and provide necessary reports to management.
  1. Institutional Development:
  • Analyze the organizational structure and administrative processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide innovative solutions to enhance institutional development and optimize organizational structures.
  • Offer consulting on improving business operations and streamlining procedures for maximum efficiency.
  1. Institutional Excellence:
  • Design and develop plans to measure institutional excellence based on global best practices.
  • Develop continuous improvement strategies to foster innovation and enhance organizational performance.
  • Support the organization in preparing for participation in local and international institutional excellence awards.
  1. Change Management:
  • Assist the organization in institutional transformation and change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Provide recommendations on improving workplace culture and increasing employee satisfaction.
  1. Training and Capacity Building:
  • Develop and implement training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing staff skills and understanding of best practices in institutional development and excellence.
