Job Description

Junior Architecture DraftsmanRole Description: We are looking for a Junior Architecture Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the UAE and a passion for creating innovative architectural designs. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed drawings and support various projects in the hospitality, residential, and entertainment sectors.Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for project proposals.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from senior team members.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings and project documents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
