Job Description

Position Overview:Bluechip Computer Systems LLC is looking for an IT Coordinator to support our IT department in various administrative and technical tasks. The IT Coordinator will assist in managing IT projects, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT projects.
Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion.Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Technical Support:Provide technical assistance and support to employees, ensuring their IT-related issues are resolved promptly.
IT Systems Management: d maintain hardware and software systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and provide solutions.
  • IT Systems Management:Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.Implement IT policies and procedures to safeguard company data and resources.
  • Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, and user access permissions.
Generate reports on IT activities, system performance, and support ticket resolutions.
  • User Training:Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT best practices and company policies.
Provide guidance to users on software applications and tools.
  • Vendor Management:Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and products.
Evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations based on company needs and budget constraints.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and coordination roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
