Job Description

AED10,000 ? AED 15,000 per month ? depending on level of experience. An opportunity to join a fast growing, small boutique property development contractor on a full-time basis - specialising in upgrading high-end luxury residences around the Palm Jumeriah.

  • Minimum of 3+ years? Interior Design experience required.
  • Already based in Dubai and residing within a maximum of 30 mins travel from the Palm Jumeriah.
  • Fluent in English mandatory, additional languages are a bonus but not essential.
Duties to Include:- Manage and enhance an existing interior design process consistent with the projects program, budget and time constraints
  • Liaising with clients, retailers & the team with regards to aspects of materials & finishes, including but not limited to Design, Layouts, Fixtures & Fittings, Furniture, Softs furnishings, lighting solutions and colour selections.
- Create mood boards of concepts & evolve them with the client and team.-
  • Regular communication with the client and the team to provide a tailored made, bespoke finish. Attending meetings in the office.
  • Adapting to changes onsite and appeasing the clients? needs.
  • Managing budgets, reporting information to the team / PM.
  • Sourcing of some materials and products. Building & updating a dedicated library of samples & materials for customer database and for all target groups.
  • Support with marketing activities & site updates including preparation of periodic technical bulletins for customer update & project analysis, in collaboration with PM.
