Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up, qualify, and respond to leads from different sources as appropriate.
  • Make outbound sales calls to existing and lost customers and prospects.
  • Prepare and submit spare parts quotations and ensure that a follow up is made until receipt of the purchase order.
  • Collaborate with other functions and sales teams to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers
  • Support the rest of the sales team by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximize our customer share.
