Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and record patients vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
Support patients in mobility and exercise, ensuring their physical comfort and safety.
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates on patient care and condition.
Assist in the administration of medications under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Follow established care plans and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
