eMagine Solutions are currently engaged with a UAE Fintech company who are scaling up their operations within the GCC. We are looking for a TA (Talent Acquisition) Head who can implement pioneering programs to attract and retain world class talent within Data, AI, ML and future technologies.As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the TA function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Leading and mentoring a talented team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs and align talent acquisition efforts with the overall business strategy.
  • Implementing cutting-edge recruitment practices and technologies to streamline and enhance the hiring process.
  • Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and innovative workforce.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles, ideally in Banking, FinTech or Technology.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
