Develop the retail Department policies and procedures to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements. Identify, develop, and evaluate retail strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors. Develop the sales plan and sales target for the branch. Develop a proposal of the jewelry stock in the branch, its turnover rate, and the items in it. Supervising the extent of the work teams commitment to the companys policies. The continuous follow-up to the performance of the branch?s employees and the necessary guidance to them.
