Recruit, train, develop, review, and retain staff, including identifying and communicating their development and training needs.

Maintain regular customer contact to ensure satisfaction, identify potential problems early, and implement customer care initiatives.
Assist with business planning, ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, and be accountable for financial performance and risk management..
Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety, quality of services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed within AFC
